Booking Your Flights for AiPrise CKO 2026
The AiPrise Offsite 2026 Air Partner is Balboa Travel. They are excited to provide for you a dedicated online flight booking platform to make your travel arrangements as smooth as possible.

Please review instructions below before booking your flights. If you have any questions before booking, please contact brea@strideconnect.com from the Stride team for assistance before proceeding. Stride is the experience management partner for AiPrise CKO 2026. 

Once you've completed your registration, you'll receive an email from Balboa Travel (our official air travel partner) from 7 August with a link to book your flights.

Please note: Flights booked outside of AiPrise's Balboa system will not be reimbursed.
 

How Flight Booking
Works

AiPrise will cover the cost of one standard return economy flight booked through Balboa Travel.

There are two ways to book your flight:

Option 1: Book online using the link provided (Recommended)
✔ Quickest and easiest option

  • Use the personalised Balboa booking link sent to you after registration (from August 7)
  • Best for standard, round-trip flights to Da Nang (with no upgrades)
  • Lower booking fee (covered by AiPrise)

Option 2: Book by calling a Balboa agent
Only choose this option if you:

  • Want to purchase a cabin upgrade
  • Use this option if you have a complex or non-round-trip itinerary. Please contact brea@strideconnect.com for guidance before proceeding
  • Need additional booking assistance

Please note:

  • Agent-assisted bookings incur a higher booking fee
  • If the booking is standard (no upgrades or special requirements), we recommend booking online instead

If You Want to Upgrade Using Airline Points

Use this option if you already have airline loyalty points or miles.

  • Book your standard flight online using the Balboa Travel link.
  • Once your booking is confirmed, contact the airline directly to request a points upgrade.
  • Do not contact Balboa for points upgrades - they cannot process these.

If You Want to Pay for a Cabin Upgrade

Use this option if you want to pay to upgrade to Premium Economy, Business or First Class.

If you intend to pay for a cabin upgrade, do not book online first. Please contact a Balboa Travel agent before making any reservation.

Instead:

  • Call a Balboa Travel agent before making any booking.
  • Tell the agent you'd like to purchase an upgraded cabin.
  • The agent will process both your flight booking and your paid upgrade.

Why?

If you book online first and then ask an agent to upgrade your booking afterwards, two separate bookings may be created, resulting in:

  • Two booking fees
  • Possible additional airline charges, which you may be responsible for

The cost of the cabin upgrade is your responsibility.

What Happens Next?

  1. Complete your registration, using the 'register' link below
  2. From 7 August, you'll receive your personalised Balboa Travel booking email
  3. Book your flights using the instructions provided
  4. Once ticketed, you'll receive your flight confirmation directly from Balboa
  5. If required, apply for your Vietnam visa before travelling. Please read the FAQ page for further information
