✈️ Registration & Travel
Please plan to arrive by 4pm on Monday, 7th of December. The official programme concludes with a mandatory closing dinner on Friday, 11th of December, so please do not book your departure before then. You are welcome to depart any time on Saturday, 12th of December.
Please confirm your attendance by 12 August. We encourage everyone to complete their registration as soon as possible rather than waiting until the last minute. The organising team really appreciates your help in meeting this deadline.
Yes, CKO is a mandatory company event. If you are unable to attend for any reason, please notify carol@aiprise.com & carley@aiprise.com as soon as possible. Even if you cannot attend, you are still required to complete the registration form and indicate that you will not be present.

Yes, you may expense reasonable taxi/Uber/transport costs to and from your local airport. Please keep receipts and submit expenses via Brex, in line with the standard T&E policy.

Travel insurance is not provided as part of this event. If you would like coverage for your trip, we recommend arranging your own policy before you travel.
✈️ Visa
Reasonable visa costs required to attend CKO will be reimbursed in line with the company Travel & Expense Policy. Please retain all receipts and supporting documentation for reimbursement.
Most nationalities can enter Vietnam either visa-free for short stays or through the e-visa scheme. Please check the requirements for your nationality before booking anything that is dependent on obtaining a visa.
How do I apply?
Apply online through the official Vietnam government e-visa portal: evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn .
This is the only site you should use. Third-party visa agency websites may charge additional service fees for the same process and are not necessary.
You will need:
- A recent digital passport-style photo with a plain background.
- A clear scan or photo of your passport data page.
- A passport valid for at least six months beyond your arrival date, with blank pages available.
- Your travel dates and intended entry point.
Your intended entry point should be Da Nang International Airport (DAD).
Cost and processing time
- The e-visa fee is approximately $25 USD for a single-entry visa or $50 USD for a multiple-entry visa, paid online by card.
- Processing typically takes three to seven working days. Please apply at least three to four weeks before travel to allow a safety margin.
- The e-visa permits stays of up to 90 days.
Information for Nigerian passport holders
Vietnam’s e-visa is available to Nigerian citizens, so you do not need to apply through an embassy. As there is no Vietnamese embassy in Nigeria, the online e-visa is the simplest and most reliable route.
Please use the official government portal above rather than an in-person or embassy application process.
Need help?
If you experience any issues with your application, including a rejection, delay or request for a supporting letter from AiPrise, please reach out in aiprise-cko-2026.
We can help, including providing an official attendance or invitation letter where requested by the visa portal.
Important: Visa policies can change. Always double-check the latest requirements on the official government portal close to your travel date.

ℹ️ General
December in Da Nang is part of the cooler, transitional season. Daytime temperatures typically sit between 20°C and 24°C (68–75°F), with mild evenings. There can be some rainfall during this period, so a light layer and light rain jacket are recommended. Overall, conditions are generally comfortable for both indoor sessions and outdoor social activities.
Vietnam is a wonderfully welcoming country. Here are a few simple things to keep in mind:
Greetings: A smile and a slight nod go a long way. “Xin chào” (sin chow) means hello and is always appreciated.
Dress: Modest, covered clothing is appreciated – particularly when visiting temples or cultural sites. Shoulders and knees should be covered in religious spaces.
Temples & sacred sites: Remove shoes before entering, speak quietly, and avoid pointing at or touching statues and altars.
